When you create an account, register for a club membership, or use our app, we collect specific details to give you the best possible experience.

We collect basic account details such as your name, contact information, and account password so you can securely log into our app and check into the physical makerspace.

We collect educational profile information like your age, grade, and school name. This helps us suggest the right learning content inside the app and place students in the correct age brackets for our Tech Club programs.

We process financial details when you purchase a Tech Club membership or pay a service fee to use our machines. We use secure, certified third party payment gateways to process your payments. Gavesha Space does not store your full credit card or bank details on our own servers.

We use specific device permissions within the Gavesha App to make our hardware features work. If a lesson uses our physical hardware kits, the app requires Bluetooth Low Energy permissions to detect and talk to the hardware. The app also requires Location Services to establish this Bluetooth connection, which is a technical requirement of smartphone operating systems. We only use this to connect to our hardware kits, and we do not track your movements or build a history of your physical location.

Our physical hardware kits process data locally to run your learning experiments, such as reading a temperature sensor or blinking a light. This data stays on the device itself and is not transmitted back to our servers unless a specific app lesson explicitly requires you to save your results to your profile.
